Perfect Partners Properties is a full-service property management and real estate team, proudly serving the North Metro Atlanta area. Whether buying, selling, or managing income properties, we combine our years of experience in real estate, marketing and customer service to deliver a top-tier experience and ROI to our clients.

Chris Arthur is Co-Founder & Managing Broker for our Property Management business. Chris also leads our Realty Group as REALTOR® and Associate Broker with Keller Williams. He leverages his extensive experience in a variety of real estate transactions to skillfully and attentively connect buyers and sellers through a white-glove customer experience. Chris is is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia, and is a licensed broker in the state of Georgia (Christopher Andrew Arthur - GA LIC #396051).

CJ Arthur, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, spearheads the daily operations of our Property Management business. She is focused on helping investors find, manage and protect income properties efficiently and cost-effectively. CJ also has 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing which is particularly useful in helping investors market properties to attract quality tenants and deliver top dollar. CJ is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from The University of Georgia and is a licensed agent in the state of Georgia (Carol-Jean Arthur - GA LIC #429771).
